Walking through the doors of a new church can be a little confusing at times, so we are, literally, walking you through it in order to make your first time at Columbine easier!

Step 1: The Parking Lot
Enter our parking lot off Christensen Lane. We provide ample parking on site, as well as next door, at Wilder Elementary. To make parking even easier, we have several spots identified with signs reading “Visitor Parking,” near our main doors. Handicapped accessible spots are also located near the main entrance.
You’ll find folks outfitted in a variety of ways, but most are dressed casually. No need to worry about being uncomfortable.
Enter through our main entrance, on the north side of the building. Through those glass doors you’ll find a warm hand to shake and bright smiles all around. We call that space “the Lobby,” and it’s a great spot to chat with current friends and friends-to-be.
Step 3: Finding Where Everyone Goes
If you have infants, children or youth through 7th grade with you, follow the stairs down to our fantastic Children, Youth & Families level. Greeters at the bottom of the stairs will help you find and settle into our nursery, children’s or youth classes at the 9:30 a.m. worship hour. If you have teenagers, they meet on the main level in the youth ministry office during the 11am worship hour. To the left of the Lobby is our Sanctuary. Ushers will greet you at the doors and provide you with a bulletin.
Step 4: Getting the 411 on Columbine
In the bulletin, you’ll find an order of worship for the traditional services and announcements that relate to our church community. If you need assistance with anything, be sure to check back in with our ushers. They are there to help you! During worship, we take a moment to welcome guests like you. By letting us greet you, we are able to provide you with other information you may find helpful.
Step 5: Worship
If you are wondering when to stand up, sit down, sing, pray or listen, just follow the people around you. We are a casual group, so do not feel any pressure that you have to know what you are doing – none of us do! Feel free to be yourself. Truly, its the only way we know how to worship.
Step 6: Breakfast
Straight through the Lobby is our kitchen and dining area, Biel Hall. Each Sunday we offer a delicious breakfast! Come in and enjoy a meal or just a cup of coffee over conversation with others at Columbine. There is a basket for monetary donations on the serving counter to cover the expense of providing breakfast, but let your first meal be on the house, as our welcome to you.
