Prayer Shawl Ministry

The shawls we make with your own hands become comfort, love and hope in the hands of those who receive them.  Knitters and crocheters of all abilities work wonders. They have made and delivered over 200 prayer shawls since the ministry began in 2007. We meet the first Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm in the Fireside Chapel.

CGs (Chronologically Gifted)

For adults in the mature years of their life and faith journey, CGs provides many opportunities for friendship, learning and fun. Programs include day retreats, concerts, speakers and field trips.  Our motto is “It’s not about age, it’s about attitude.” We meet the fourth Wednesday of the month at 12:30 in Biel Hall.

12:30 Book Club

On the fourth Thursday of the month, a group meets for fellowship and engaging discussions of the book of the month.  For more information, please contact Fern Rector.

Grocery Coupons

An easy way to contribute money to CUC is through the purchase of King Sooper’s and Tony’s Market gift card.  King Soopers and Tony’s Market gift cards are available in $25, $50, and $100 denominations. The cards spend just like money AND the church receives back 5% of the purchase price. Everyone buys groceries so this is a great way to support the church!  The grocery coupons and gift cards make awesome gifts!
