Fellowship

Fellowship Committee

The newly formed Fellowship Committee is up and running!  Building community is of prime importance for CUC. We enjoy many varieties of fellowship at CUC which includes all age groups. We celebrate churchwide events, which usually include a meal and a variety of activities for children and adults. For example: • Rally Day • Advent Festival • Mardi Gras •Annual Meeting • Cowboy Sunday • Musical Events • July 4th Picnic. Laurene Lafontaine is the staff person.

“THE GROUP” Valentine’s Day Dinner, February 12th at 6:30 pm
A newly formed adult social group called simply “The Group” is a great opportunity meet other people, enjoy great fellowship, fun activities and outings!” You are invited to join us for a February 12th Valentine’s Day dinner at Los Dos Patrillos at 6:30 pm. WEAR SOMETHING RED!  We have reservations for 30 people, and could increase it if needed in their large open room.  There is a sign-up sheet at the information booth at church, or you can call Sandy S.  This is a wonderful Mexican restaurant near Kipling & C470, west across Kipling from Kohls (near, just north of, the Texas Roadhouse).  Come and get acquainted with other members and friends of CUC.

Columbine Men’s Group
The Columbine Men’s Group meets Saturday mornings at The Egg and I on Belleview, between Federal and Santa Fe.  Meet with other CUC men to chat, share thoughts, discuss current events, community, and personal needs, and of course get a good breakfast.  We are reforming, so here is your change to give your own thoughts and direction to the group.  Please contact church office for more information.
